Harry Davis & Company is a Pittsburgh-based auctioneer specialising in industrial equipment sales and appraisal services for the food and beverage industries. First established in 1955, Harry Davis & Company has grown to be amongst the largest providers of auction and appraisal services in the region. The firm works with a broad range of clients, including financial institutions and Fortune 500 companies. Harry Davis & Company is selling assets from a cheese making facility formerly operated by F&A Dairy.
F&A Dairy was acquired by Montreal based firm Saputo in 2018. F&A Dairy manufactured a range of cheeses including mozzarella, yellow and white cheddar, Monterey Jack and traditional Italian cheeses. The closure of the facility in Dresser, Wisconsin, was announced in 2019.
The online auction is scheduled to take place between the 21st and 23rd of July. The assets may be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
