In the 12 months to April 2019, Sanderson Weatherall completed 40 online auctions of plant and machinery via Bidspotter, grossing over £11 million. Sanderson Weatherall is selling assets from the former Contract Chemicals facility located in Prescot, UK. The sale takes place at the instruction of Knowsley Redevelopments Ltd.
Chemical manufacturer Contract Chemicals was founded in 1977. The firm specialised in the supply of chemicals to the agrochemical and pharmaceutical industries, and for use in fragrances, photographic products and detergents. The company was placed in administration earlier this year, impacting on 60 jobs.
