In conjunction with Hilco Industrial The Branford Group will auction two complete CNC Machining and Fabrication facilities formerly of S&K Machineworks & Fabrication Inc located in Bay Minette and Theodore, Alabama.
S&K Machineworks & Fabrication specialised in metalworking, metalwork repair, iron, steel and sheet metal fabrication and welding. The sale of these facilities comes following the declaration of bankruptcy by the company. Lots in the online auction will close on the 17th of October. Key assets for sale include:
From the Bay Minette site: 2008 Mighty Viper Model PRW-5340 CNC Gantry Bridge Mill; CNC Lathes and CNC Turning equipment; CNC Horizontal and Vertical Machining Centers; CMM/Inspection equipment; Forklift Trucks, Rolling Stock and Vehicles; Machine Shop, Facility and Support Equipment. From the Theodore site: Fabricating and Welding Equipment; Forklift Trucks, Rolling Stock and Vehicles; Machine Shop, Facility and Support equipment.
Assets at the Bay Minette site will be available to view on the 14th of October, and those at the Theodore site, on the 15th of October.
