This August, Harry Davis & Company will sell ovens, processing, mixing and packaging equipment formerly of food manufacturer Joseph’s Cookies. The online auction will take place between the 4th and 6th of August. Assets, which are located in Deming, New Mexico, can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only. Items featured include: APV baker oven model 0438 with new belting; I.J. White ambient temperature spiral, S/S Conveyor and Powerwash 2000 portable hot water pressure wash cleaning system. Vertical form-fill seal machines and scale fillers including: 2013 Matrix vertical form fill and seal packaging machines; Viking Masek vertical form fill and seal packaging machine; Yamato 14-Head, 10-Head and 8-Head ADW scales. Champion horizontal dough mixers. Processing and packaging equipment including: Fortress Phantom metal detectors; Ishida check weighers; Mettler Toledo S/S platform scales; Wilden S/S diaphragm pumps.
