Auctioneering and equipment sales firm Harry Davis & Company was first established in 1955. The Pittsburgh based company has grown to be a leader in auction and appraisal services in the region. Specialising in auctions, appraisals and turnkey sales for the dairy, food and beverage industries, Harry Davis & Company works with a broad range of clients, including Fortune 500 companies and major banking and financial institutions. This August Harry Davis & Company will sell ice cream production and packaging equipment surplus to the ongoing requirements of Velvet Ice Cream.
Family-owned ice cream manufacturer Velvet Ice Cream has operated in Ohio since 1914. The firm produce a wide range of ice cream products – including premium ice creams, seasonal products and sherbets. The firm is currently moving manufacturing to a new facility.
The online auction will take place between the 2nd and 4th of August. The assets are located in Ohio and may be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
