New Mill Capital is selling assets from the former Garelick Farms fluid milk plant, purchased by a developer, located in Lynn, Massachusetts.
Garelick Farms is a Dean Foods brand. Established in 1931, it has grown to be one of the largest dairies in the north eastern United States. Garelick Farms products include milk and cream, flavoured milk, juices and egg nog. The closure of the Garelick Farms facility in Lynn was announced in 2018. The plant – which occupies 17.5 acres – was purchased by a Boston based developer in 2019.
Bidding in the online auction of more than 500 lots closes on the 10th of December.
