Cincinnati Industrial Auctions is selling CNC drill and tap centers, CNC lathes, blast and heat treat equipment and other assets from Hikari USA Inc. Established in 1947, Hikari specialises in the manufacture of parts for the automotive industry.The firm operates facilities in the US, China and the Philippines.
The webcast auction is scheduled to be held on the 29th of June. The assets are located in Orangeburg, South Carolina and include: Swiss type CNC lathes including: Miyano Model BM-200W (2003), Tusgami Model BA20 four-axis (2005), Tsugami Model B0205ii five-axis convertible (2015). Fanuc Robodrills model A-T21iEL with 4th axis (2005), Kiwa model KNV-41 CNC VMC’s (2003 and 2006), Ohmiya model OC-18BR-150 centerless grinder (2003), (5) Murata Muratec MW120 two-spindle CNC chuckers (2003), Koyo and Izumi angular head CNC grinders with Marposs gauging (2003), Dura Blast 6BB rubber tumble blast system with reclaim (2018), Koyo UTO-100N1-8 ultra-temp oven (2012 never installed), (4) 60 HP Ingersoll Rand RS45i-A125 air compressors, (4) Ingersoll Rand air dryers (2019 and 2014), (2) Toyota LPG forklifts, N2 methanol supply system for furnaces and much more.
