Food and beverage auction and appraisal specialists Harry Davis & Company are to auction a range of equipment for the manufacture of frozen pasta. The lots of mixing, forming, pasteurization, freezing and packaging equipment from Valley Fine Foods are located in Benicia, California.
Valley Fine Foods was established in 1984. The family-owned company produce ranges of fresh pasta and sauces, marketed under the Three Bridges, Artisola and Pasta Prima brands. In September 2019 Valley Fine Foods announced of the closure of their Forest City food processing facility. Production was expanded to this location in 2016.
The auction will take place between the 10th and 12th of December. Assets may be viewed by appointment, and include:

Packaging Equipment including: 2010 Ishida 16-Head Scales with Heat & Control Vibratory Conveyors; Multivac R535 Thermoformer Packager; Matrix Mercury Vertical Form, Fill & Seal Bagger. Mixers including: 2012 Agnelli Model KG120 Mixers; Keljen Dough Mixer and Spiral Dough Mixer with Bowl and 12-Quart Mixer. Preparation Equipment including: Urschell Dicers; Hobart Grinder; Stephan Microcut Chopper.
