Dairy firm Kemps is a Dairy Farmers of America company headquartered in St Pauls, Minnesota. The firm operates six manufacturing sites in Minnesota, Wisconsin and North Dakota, producing milk and cream, ice cream, frozen yoghurt, cottage cheese, sour cream and dips for supply to supermarkets and the food service industry across the upper Midwest. Kemps was founded in 1914 and bought by dairy cooperative Dairy Farmers of America in 2011.
The online auction will take place on the 5th of August, with items available for inspection by appointment only. The assets are located in Rochester, Minnesota and include:
