Rabin is selling a dough laminating line and bakery production equipment formerly operated by K.T.’s Kitchens.
Established in 1987, K.T.’s Kitchens manufactures frozen pizza. The company operates a 120,000 square foot facility and specialises in private label and contract packing. Their products include traditional, plant based, organic, vegan and gluten free pizzas.
The timed online auction will take place on the 29th of June. The assets are located in Carson, California and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only. Items available in the auction include: Flatbread sheeting and baking line featuring Diosna bowl elevator tipper, 24” dough extruder to 32” wide Rademaker dough sheeting system, 32” dough roller docker with die cut segment and tray loading indexer, dough scrap recovery segment, Rademaker transposition oven loader and Miencke Sasib 2 zone Turbo belt oven. Packaging equipment including: Arpac shrink wrapper film bundler, Doboy horizontal flow wrappers, Bosch Linium 305 horizontal flow wrapper, Lantech model C300 case erector, Loma IQ2 metal detector.
