Private Treaty Sale of Robotic Spray Painting Lines

Established in 1903 Auctioneering firm Gordon Brothers has a substantial experience in working with businesses and investors. The firm provides personalised valuation and disposition services for plant and equipment, real estate and inventory across a broad range of industries. Gordon Brothers is selling by private treaty sale two robotic spray painting lines used for the coating of automotive parts. The sale takes place on behalf of the joint administrators of Paintbox Birmingham Limited.

Founded in Northamptonshire in 1989, Paintbox Birmingham Limited specialises in the supply of painted components, such as bumpers and doors, to the automotive industry. The firm operates a facility in Kings Norton, Birmingham which opened in 2001. Their clients include Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Jaguar Landrover and Aston Martin. Paintbox Birmingham Limited was place into administration earlier this year, with around 140 jobs under threat.
