The Liquidity Services e-commerce market place GoIndustry DoveBid, in conjunction with Cottrill & Co. and Indassol, are to sell by private treaty a complete soft drinks production and packaging facility following the closure of the Britvic Soft Drinks Ltd site in Norwich, UK.
Britvic, manufacturer of still and carbonated soft drinks, has operations in Great Britain, Ireland, France and Brazil. The company announced the closure of its Norwich facility in December 2017. Production was transferred to manufacturing sites in Rugby, east London and Leeds. Britvic said that “transferring production will improve efficiency and productivity and reduce our environmental impact”.
The sale will be by private treaty and the closing date for bids is the 26th of September. Offers are invited for complete lines or individual items.

Blow moulding equipment including SIPA ‘SFL6’ Linear Stretch Blow Moulder, 6,000 bottles per hour capacity with Preform Infeed System (Qty 3, 2007); 8 PET bottle filling lines up to 40,000 BPH; 8 Schaefer, ACMI and Krones Palletisers with Octopus Pallet Wrappers; Powder mixing and distribution room equipment; boilers; generators and air compressors;pumps and valves; reverse osmosis water treatment and effluent plants.
