Myron Bowling Auctioneers was established in 1975 and incorporated in 1985. The firm is now one of the largest equipment sales and industrial auctioneering firms conducting around 80 auctions each year across the United States, Canada and Mexico. Myron Bowling Auctioneers acts on behalf of a wide range of industries including CNC machining, manufacturing, metal fabrication and rigging. In a two-day auction this July, Myron Bowling Auctioneers will sell trailers, trucks, tools and scrap from Stone City Ironworks Inc. The assets come to the market following plant closure.
Family-owned Stone City Ironworks was established in 1975. The firm specialised in structural and other steel fabrication, and erection of projects. Stone City Ironworks supplied steel for a wide range of projects in the Midwest including schools, warehouses, hospitals and stadiums.
The webcast auction will take place on the 20th of July and the 21st of July. Assets available include: around 120 truck trailers; dump flatbed, utility and pickup trucks; Freightliner, Sterling and other truck tractors, new as 2013; Piranha ironworker; Lull 844C and Gradall 534B all-terrain telehandlers; Franklin 100-ton beam punches; Grove & Snorkel telescoping lifts; scissor lifts; bar and flat material stock; forklifts; welders; large scrap items; tool room equipment; shop equipment and more. Real estate is also available for lease or for sale. The assets are located in Bedford, Indiana and can be inspected on the 16th, 19th and 20th of July.
