London based Lambert Smith Hampton provides a broad range of services to industrial clients including valuations and asset disposal, asset-based lending, closure programmes, business sales and corporate recovery. The firm advises private clients and corporate recovery professionals on asset disposal across 40 industry sectors. Lambert Smith Hampton will this October sell a fleet of coaches, open top buses and other equipment formerly of Abbot Coach Travel Ltd. The sale takes place by order of the proposed liquidators of the company.
A family run business, Abbot Coach Travel was established in 1998. Based in Devon, UK, the firm operated across the south west and specialised in private coach hire, bus services to schools and colleges, day trips and coach holidays. The closure of the company was announced in August this year, impacting on 11 jobs. The decision came following the significant impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the business.
Bidding in the online auction will close on the 14th of October.
