Maynards, in conjunction with PPL Group, is auctioning Fabrication Equipment including CNC machines, other machinery, welders and support equipment from Meritor Inc.
Global firm Meritor, Inc. develops and manufactures mobility, braking, drivetrain, aftermarket and electric powertrain products for application in the industrial and commercial vehicle markets. Their products are used in a wide range of industries, including the commercial truck and trailer, construction and utility, agriculture, electrification, material handling and defense sectors. The firm is headquartered in Michigan and operates through a network of engineering centres, manufacturing facilities, distribution centres and offices in 19 countries.
The webcast auction is scheduled to take place on the 14th of November and features more than 300 lots of equipment including: 2017 Ermaksan 149-ton x 6.88’ CNC press brake, Scotchman 40-ton ironworker, 2008 Cosen horizontal band saw, Bridgeport vertical mill, Saimca KS-155 lathe, Parker hydraulic tube bender, Roper Whitney Pexto 24” x 20-GA slip roll, (3) Miller Dynasty 280 welders, Miller Syncrowave 250 DX welder, Miller Maxtron 450 CC/CV welder, CAT 15,500 lb. cap. diesel forklift, CAT 7,400 lb. cap. propane forklift, Contrax Cranes 2-ton jib crane, (2) precision granite 4’ x 8’ x 10” thick granite surface plates, support equipment and much more.
The assets are located in Escondido, California and can be previewed on the 13th of November or by appointment with the auctioneer.
