Harry Davis & Company is selling food processing equipment from a complete food processing plant operated by Cacique Foods. Cacique Foods manufactures Mexican style cheese, chorizos, cremas and salsas. The firm recently announced the closure of their dairy production facility in City of Industry, California and the relocation of the firm’s dairy operations to a new site in Amarillo, Texas. The decision to move from California to Texas came following analysis which concluded that the relocation of business operations would help meet growing demand for Cacique Foods products, with the new site having a greater production capacity.
