The timed online auction will take place on the 11th of January. Best Express Foods Inc. manufactures snack food products supplied to retailers across the United States, UK and Europe, Asia and Australia. The North California based firm operates an independently owned bakery in the Bay area. Their products include bites and bars, flour tortillas, stone ground corn tortillas and tortilla chips.
The production line features a corn grinder and sheeter, Casa Herera Mark IV oven, Tempco-Thermsaver fryer, seasoning and metal detection equipment. Mobile corn soaking bins and other support equipment are included in the auction. The equipment is offered as individual lots or as a complete production line. The assets are located in Union City, California.
