New Jersey based Gharibian Farm manufactures Armenian cheese products, including string cheese, marinated string cheese, sweet cheese, angel hair cheese and Syrian style cheese. The online auction will take place between the 19th and 21st of March.
The auction features: S/S tanks and dairy processing equipment including DeLaval 6,050 RPM tear-down separator, Mueller 800 gallon S/S pressure wall jacketed processing vat with vertical sweep agitation, Comat 1,000 gallon S/S portable cheese vat, 1,000 gallon PMO legal vat pasteurizer, SPX 925 GPH S/S clad homogenizer; packaging equipment including late model S/S pneumatic cup filling and sealing line with adjustable fill height, Dynaclear Packaging remote bottle labeling machine for round PET bottles, 2014 Dynaclear Packaging in-line 4-head drinkable yogurt bottle filling machine, for 4 oz. to 1/2 gallon round PET bottles, with screw cap torquer; general plant equipment including ProRefrigeration ProChiller packaged freon glycol system, Fristam centrifugal pumps, hot water system with Koss Industrial S/S shell and tube heat exchanger and more. The assets are located in Passaic, New Jersey.
