The assets come to the market as a result of the reorganisation of the firm’s global operations. Instil Bio Inc. develops tumor infiltrating lymphocytes for the treatment of cancer. The clinical stage cell therapy company operates from corporate offices in Dallas, Texas and manufacturing facilities in the UK.
