The auction takes place in partnership with Union Confectionery Machinery. Blommer Chocolate Company was founded in 1939. The cocoa bean processor and ingredient chocolate supplier operates four manufacturing facilities in North America, supplying to the baking, confectionery and dairy industries. Blommer Chocolate Company products include branded chocolates, milk, dark and white chocolate, chocolate drops and chunks, confectionery coatings, cocoa powders and cocoa butter. The timed, online auction will take place on the 25th and 26th of June.
