The online auction will take place on the 7th and 8th of August. Triton Algae Innovations was founded in 2013. The firm uses precision fermentation to produce strains of the green and red algae Chlamydomonas reinhardtii as an ingredient in alternative protein and other products.

The assets are located in San Diego, California and can be viewed by appointment only.
