New Mill Capital is auctioning a great selection of unused and very late model lab equipment and production assets from Motif FoodWorks. The auction takes place in conjunction with Gordon Brothers.
Plant-based protein manufacturer Motif FoodWorks produces ingredients and finished plant-based chicken, beef and pork food products using precision fermentation. The closure of the Boston based firm was announced earlier this year.
The online auction will open on the 5th of January and bidding closes on the 15th of January.
