Maynards, in association with Liquidity Services, is preparing to auction the complete 100 acre+ pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Queenborough, UK formerly operated by Recipharm/ Aesica. Plans to cease production at the site were announcing in 2023.
Recipharm is a contract development and manufacturing firm. Their capabilities include biologics, solid, semi-solids and liquids manufacturing, and aseptic fill and finish services. Recipharm operates from 18 facilities across nine countries.
The online auction, scheduled to take place on the 16th of January, will feature a great offering of pharmaceutical production, packaging and laboratory assets including: GL Filtration FD875 Hastelloy filter dryer (2012), Novasep Hipersep LC200 large-scale HPLC system, GlattGC-1750-BD fluid bed dryer (2001), Glatt GPCG 5/9 bed dryer and high shear mixer, Frewitt Delump Witt crushing unit (2012), Collette MPH 300 & MPH 90 mixers, Mettler Toledo X34-ray inspection machine (2020), Romaco LV14 Macofar LVF liquid filling machine (2006), (3) Bosch CPS 1900 carton print systems (2018 & 2019), Farcon form filling and sealing blister pack machines, facility support equipment, laboratory equipment and more. The assets can be viewed by appointment with the auctioneer only.
