Holland Industrial Group has announced a major two-day timed online auction featuring surplus machinery and equipment from the ongoing operations of Prairie Farms / Hiland Dairy.
With bidding opening on Tuesday, February 3rd, 2026 at 10:00 AM CT, the sale will begin closing in two phases on February 10th and 11th, offering buyers ample time to assess more than 700 lots of ice cream and milk processing equipment, utilities, and plant support assets.
The auction spans three operating locations in Hazelwood, Missouri; Memphis, Tennessee; and Tyler, Texas, and is being conducted in conjunction with Aligned Asset Group. Inspections are available strictly by appointment.
