Holland Industrial Group is auctioning a complete power plant in a two-day timed online auction. Bidding in the auction opens on the 10th of July. Day one of the auction closes on the 17th of July, and day two closes on the 18th of July.​The A. B. Brown power plant is a 590 megawatt plant located on the Ohio River, south west of Evansville, Indiana. The plant is owned by Centerpoint Energy. In 2021 the planned retirement of the coal-fired units at the plant was announced, with plans proposed for two natural gas combustion turbines at the site.

 Over 1,500 lots feature in the sale, including: 2009 Caterpillar U2 generator, (20+) Pioneer, GE, Solomon and Square D transformers, MCC’s, compressors, (100+) GE, Westinghouse, Siemens, Baldor, WEG and more motors, 300 KW generator, (80+) pumps, power distribution centers, Elliot, Aerzen, Ingersoll Rand & Gardner Denver compressors (up to 1750HP), facility and support equipment and much, much more. Pre-auction offers are invited. Assets can be viewed on the 9th and 10th of July.
