All prices exclude VAT. All taxes arising from sales will be charged to Buyers, and will be added to the purchase price. Bio Pharma Auctions may refund the VAT paid by the Buyer on the production of a completed bill of lading or relevant export document to the satisfaction of BPA (Pharma Auctions) Ltd.
Buyers agree to pay the purchase price in full. All outstanding invoices must be paid within three (3) business days of the auction. Outstanding invoices beyond three working days will be considered abandoned. Bio Pharma Auctions will charge a Buyer’s premium of percentage of the final sales price + VAT. This will be added to hammer price.
Payments by cash will be limited to £12,000GBP/€15,000EUR.
No purchases may be removed until full payment has been received.
