The online auction will take place between the 10th and 12th of September and includes: 18-wide and 8-wide Versaline and Vitaline; bolis/CoolStix line; single-serve cup line; ingredient feeders; S/S process tanks and likwifiers; all S/S jacketed silos with horizontal agitation; CIP systems; ice cream freezers; refrigeration system including 2019 Mycom compressor; 2016 Williams and Davis boilers. The assets are located in Modesto, California.
