The auction comprises the private treaty sale of the NAG3 Hybrid ZB unit assembly line, and an online auction of other assets, closing on the 9th of October.

Their products include electrified, conventional and mild hybrid powertrain technologies, exterior and interior components – including mirrors, lighting and seating, electrical and electronic components, body and chassis. The firm operates over 300 manufacturing facilities and over 100 product development, engineering and sales centres across 28 countries.
