Maynards is selling, by private treaty, a complete detergent manufacturing facility located in Lomazzo, Italy. The sale takes place in associated with IPP on September 30th. The plant, with a manufacturing capacity of over 200k tonnes per annum, is located on a 43,000m2 site situated 30km from Milan and 15km from Como. The site includes 6,800m2 of warehouse space with yard, loading bays and parking available for short term rental immediately.
Facility equipment includes: bottling and filling lines; (40) forklift/ pedestrian trucks; 250+ stainless steel tanks/ reactors; (2) Atlas Copco 40P27 42 bar air compressors (blow moulding); Minigazzini PB60 gas boiler; Andritz D3LC30CHP centrifuge/ decanter; 10+ Kaeser/Atlas Copco air compressors; carrier chillers; engineering workshops; Protecno reverse osmosis plant; high-bay warehouse racking; €2m at cost of spare parts; commercial kitchen, canteen and offices. The online sale closes on the 30th of September. The site can be inspected by appointment only.
