Maynards Continues Major Pace Industries Asset Sale Across Michigan and Arkansas
Maynards, in partnership with Gordon Brothers, Die Cast Machinery and HYPERAMS, is continuing the sale of surplus and operational assets from Pace Industries facilities across the United States, presenting manufacturers with access to a substantial selection of die casting, CNC machining, automation and inspection equipment.
Following the successful sale of the Jackson, Tennessee facility in its entirety to a strategic operator, attention now turns to major upcoming auctions in Muskegon, Michigan and Harrison, Arkansas. The four-day programme will take place on 9–10 September and 1–2 October 2026, with bidding closing from 10am local time each day.
The Michigan auction, taking place on 9 and 10 September, includes equipment located across Pace Industries operations in Muskegon. The offering encompasses complete die casting cells alongside an extensive selection of CNC horizontal and vertical machining centres, robots, inspection equipment, injection moulding machinery and plant support assets.
Highlights include:
- Prince and Buhler cold chamber die casting machine cells ranging from 850 to 1,600 tons, many incorporating ABB robotic automation.

Extensive Die Casting and CNC Machinery Available in Arkansas
The second stage of the sale will take place on 1 and 2 October, featuring assets from the Harrison, Arkansas facility. This represents another sizeable offering, particularly for businesses involved in aluminium die casting and high-volume CNC production.
The Harrison facility includes dozens of cold chamber die casting cells, CNC machining centres and turning centres, together with robots, inspection technology and associated production infrastructure.
Notable assets include:
- Prince 1,200-ton and 1,400-ton cold chamber die casting machine cells.
- HPM cold chamber die casting machine cells ranging from 900 to 1,800 tons.
- 22 StrikoWestofen W1200 SL ProDos xp electric dosing and holding furnaces.
- 33 Fanuc industrial robots.
- Four 2015 Okuma MB-5000H CNC horizontal machining centres.

Opportunity for Die Casting and Machining Operations
The scale and variety of equipment across the two facilities makes the sale particularly relevant to die casting businesses, automotive component manufacturers, machine shops and other high-volume production operations. Buyers can target individual CNC machines and inspection equipment or explore larger groups of machinery suitable for expanding existing manufacturing capacity.
The inclusion of relatively late-model Makino, Brother, Okuma, DMG Mori and Takisawa CNC equipment, alongside extensive robotic automation and large-capacity die casting machinery, makes this one of the more substantial manufacturing equipment offerings scheduled for the coming months.
