Harry Davis & Company is auctioning food processing equipment used in the manufacture and packaging of salad dressings, marinades, sauces, mayonnaise and dipping sauces formerly operated by Richelieu Foods. The online auction will take place between the 5th and 7th of March.​ Richelieu Foods Inc. was founded in 1862. The Illinois-based private brand and contract packing company manufactures deli and frozen pizza for retail and dressings and sauces for the food service sector. Richelieu Foods Inc. operates four manufacturing plants located across the Midwestern United States.
