Equipment featured in the auction includes: 2021 Vemag robot 500 with XL hopper lift, 2022 Peerless single sigma mixer, 2022 LBC rack ovens, 2021 Syntegon Pack 101 horizontal flow wrapper, depositing conveyors, Hobart 140 quart bakery mixers and spare bowls, 2022 Rheon KP 302 panner, 2022 checkweigher and metal detector, FoodTools butter portioner, 2011 Freightliner refrigerated box truck, Barr refrigerated standalone cooler, buggy lift, food truck, baking sheets, scales, stainless tables, bakery racks, butter bins and plant support equipment. The assets are located in Taylor, Michigan and can be viewed by appointment only.
