Harry Davis & Company is auctioning food processing equipment and packaging equipment formerly operated by Sabra. The online auction will take place between the 12th and 14th of March. Food manufacturer Sabra was founded in 1986. The firm produces hummus and dips, with brands supplied across the United States, in Mexico, Australia and New Zealand.

The auction features: hummus processing equipment including 2021 Vemag robot 500, Stephan S/S Combi cut batch mixer, 450 gallon S/S horizontal ribbon blender with drive, skid-mounted 350 gallon jacketed S/S hummus grain cooker, Feldmeier 1,000 gallon dome-top dish-bottom jacketed S/S processor, Cober Electronics microwave, Bakers Pride Cyclone Series 2-door oven. Sterilization and pasteurisation equipment including 2015 Cartigliano radio frequency sterilization system, skid-mounted pasteurizer with 350 gallon and 125 gallon S/S tanks. Packaging equipment including new AFA systems MK-IMA – MK Series compact intermittent motion autoload cartoner, (2) 2016 Pack Line fully automatic dual-lane filling, sealing and capping machine, 2020 Hunter filling systems volumetric piston filler, general plant equipment and more.

The assets are located in Pennsylvania and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
