Harry Davis & Company is auctioning Food Processing Equipment including goats cheese processing equipment formerly operated by Woolwich Goat Dairy.   

Woolwich Goat Dairy is a Saputo brand, manufacturing cheese, milk and butter using Canadian goat milk. Dairy processing firm Saputo manufactures and distributes a large range of cheese and other dairy products, including fluid milk, cream products, cultured products, extended shelf-life milk and dairy ingredients. Saputo products are sold under private label and market-leading brands, in several countries.

The online auction will take place between the 26th and 28th of August. Lots featured in the auction include: Walker stainless steel silos; APV skid mounted pasteurization system, horizontal cheese vats, milk storage tanks, Mepaco dual-ribbon blender, Vemag vacuum fillers, Repak Model: RE20 flexible thermoforming packaging systems, CIP and COP systems, glycol system, general plant equipment including FitzMill hammer mill, Sky Jack 3215 scissor lift, floor scrubber, forklifts, electrical pallet jacks, S/S manual pallet jacks, maintenance shop equipment, pallet racking, Amerivap Xtreme steam cleaner, parts room equipment and more.

The assets are located in Lancaster, Wisconsin and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
