Fruit Processing Equipment for Sale

New Mill Capital is auctioning fruit processing equipment from a processing and box/crate line for pears or apples formerly operated by BC Tree Fruits. The auction takes place in conjunction with Steep Hill Equipment Solutions.

BC Tree Fruits is a cooperative of over 230 grower families in the Okanagan region of British Columbia. The cooperative produces a broad range of tree fruit – including apples, pears, cherries, peaches, apricots, prune plums and nectarines – and table grapes. BC Tree Fruits operates receiving facilities and packing facilities located across the Okanagan and Similkameen Valleys.

The online auction opens on the 28th of August and bidding closes on the 4th of September. The MAF pear processing and box / crate line is available complete or piecemeal. The line features one-way sizing to clean, sort, and size pears or apples with boxing and crating and includes: grading table, conveyance, 5-lane / 26+1 outlet sizer for product 1 5/8” to 5 5/16”, MAF Roda Agrobotic bin fillers (as late as 2022), Van Soren AGF bin loaders, Compaq and Rotofiller bin fillers, MAF Rotary Packing Tables, iPak and Box Mate Bliss Formers, Van Soren cherry box fillers, Sims poly bagging with weight and fill, box tapers, carton conveyors. Also available, warehouse, lab and shop equipment, support equipment, forklifts and more.

The assets are located in Kelowna, British Columbia. Equipment may be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
