Harry Davis & Company is selling a complete goats cheese processing facility formerly operated by Saputo for the production of Montchevre cheese.
Dairy processing firm Saputo manufactures and distributes a large range of cheese and other dairy products, including fluid milk, cream products, cultured products, extended shelf-life milk and dairy ingredients. Saputo products are sold under private label and market-leading brands, in several countries.
The online auction will take place between the 29th and 31st of January. Over 480 lots feature in the auction, including: Westfalia separator, AGC S/S pasteurizer with AGC 2-Zone S/S plate heat exchanger, 2021 Complete Filtration Resources 2-stage S/S milk R/O system, Walker 40,000 gallon jacketed S/S silo, Mueller 10,000 gallon jacketed S/S silo, Loos 5,000 LB capacity S/S dual ribbon blender, Multivac S/S thermoformer, 2016 Mega Systems case erector, 2022 York chiller, fork trucks and electric pallet jacks, pallet racking and much more. The assets are located in Belmont, Wisconsin and can be viewed by appointment with the auctioneer only.
