- Blister packing line comprising of an Uhlmann VisioChrom BEC300 fully inline blister packaging machine, complete with blister packer, Blister Express Center, camera inspection system, feeder, and cutting/trimming station. The line includes a KKT NBoxX 3.0 chiller unit, an Uhlmann C2155 horizontal cartoning machine with leaflet insertion, an Uhlmann USP serialisation machine with anti-tamper station, and an Uhlmann S3015 bundling and stretch wrapping machine. The line also includes a Logic TPS lift station, S-bend slat transfer conveyor, and an unbranded bottle positioner. Further equipment features a Cap Coder press and screw capper, an Enercon Super Seal induction cap sealer with Sentri system, and a Garvens S2 digital checkweigher. Additional components include a Premier 150 automated front and back labeler with thermal transfer overprinter, a Jeckson Vision Reetrak 360D bottle inspection system, a CAM Packaging Services automated cartoner with leaflet inserter, and a Jeckson Vision Premier P2000 carton serialisation machine.
