Harry Davis & Company will conduct a major online auction of the Denison Pharmaceuticals facility in Lincoln, Rhode Island, from 29 September to 1 October 2026. Held in conjunction with Proxio Group, the sale provides an opportunity to acquire equipment from a turnkey contract pharmaceutical manufacturing operation available for immediate sale.
The facility has been used for the manufacture of a broad range of OTC products, including sprays, liquids, creams, aerosols, gels and inhalers. With 705 lots available, the auction encompasses equipment across processing, filling, packaging, laboratory operations, plant utilities and general production support.
A significant feature of the sale is the scale of the processing operation. The facility incorporates six batch processing rooms, 12 stainless steel steam and vacuum kettles and 11 stainless steel mixing kettles and processors. Ten filling lines are also included, among them four tube filling lines and a late-model high-speed filling system.
