Heritage Global Partners is auctioning sterile pharmaceutical process equipment formerly operated by SterRx. The auction takes place in partnership with Federal Equipment Company. SterRx was founded in 2013 and specialises in the aseptic manufacture and packaging of sterile liquid pharmaceuticals using robotic automation. The closure of the firm’s plant in Plattsburgh, New York was announced in summer 2023. The online auction opens on the 4th of March and ends on the 6th of March.
Assets featured in the auction include: Feldmeier 500 liter, 300 liter and 170 liter jacketed tanks; DCI 50 liter jacketed tank; (2) Bausch Robotic IV bag fill and seal machines; (2) Waters Acquity ARC MDLC systems; Perkin Elmer Spectrum Two LITA FTIR; (2) Suez/GE Sievers M9 TOC analyzers; Agilent Cary 60 UV-VIS; BioTek 50-TS microplate washer; (2016) Rommelag blow fill seal machine; BioTek Synergy HTX multi mode plate reader and more. The equipment can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
