Rabin is auctioning food processing equipment including a late model pasta production line surplus to the ongoing needs of Vannelli Brands LLC. The timed online auction on the 7th of December will take place in partnership with CFM Worldwide. Vannelli Brands LLC specialises in the production of artisan ravioli, pasta shapes and sauces to the retail market. The firm also manufactures meal kits, ravioli, sauces and extruded pasta for private labels.

The artisan ravioli production line features an Alma A-300 sheeter mixer, Reiser V500 vacuum stuffer, Emiiomiti 300D ravioli former, 40’ long pasteuring tunnel, Catiglioni RF-150 3-pass dryer. ADAM built 5-pass tunnel, elevating cleated belt infeed and discharge conveyors. Other equipment available in the auction includes: Label-Aire 3115NV-1500 top and bottom labeler, 2023 Anritsu XR-75 X-ray Inspection system, custom design Robert Reiser tray loader, placer and transfer conveyor, Groen 30 & 40 gallon braising pans, Hobart V-1401 140 quart planetary mixers; Saima horizontal pasta blenders, Italtech MX-1800-DH mixer extruder, AD Engineering DS300 sheeter laminator and more. The assets are located in Lindon, Utah and can be inspected by appointment with the auctioneer only.
