Harry Davis & Company is auctioning food processing equipment formerly operated by IRCA Group for the manufacture of candy bits, sprinkles and candy coated chocolate inclusions. IRCA Group is an international manufacturer of creams, chocolate and ingredients. Headquartered in Italy, the firm operates 22 production facilities in Europe, the United States and Vietnam. IRCA Group manufactures a wide range of products, including chocolate, baked goods, pastry and gelato, supplied in over 100 countries. Their brands include IRCA, Cesarin, Ravifruit, JoyGelato, and Dobla. The online auction will take place between the 4th and 6th of June.
