Harry Davis & Company is selling a ricotta, stirred curd cheddar and mozzarella cheese processing and packaging equipment formerly operated by Swan Valley Cheese. The 34,000 sq. ft. milk plant and 10,640 sq. ft. whey plant are situated on 13.48 acres, including lagoon, and are available for turnkey purchase ahead of the online auction scheduled to take place between the 11th and 13th of June.

Equipment available in the auction includes: Comat automated ricotta system featuring (2) Comat flocculation ricotta panel homogenizers, (4) Comat insulated 600 Gallon S/S dome-top, cone-bottom holding tanks with steam, (2) Comat S/S flocculation ricotta drainage belts. Stirred-curd cheddar and mozzarella processing equipment including: (8) Walker, Feldmeier and DCI S/S silos (15,000-30,000 gallons), (2) Walker 1,500 gallon jacketed dome-top cone-bottom S/S processors, with vertical side/bottom sweep agitation, Alfa-Laval pasteurizer, Comat S/S pasteurizing skid, Alfa-Laval Warm milk separator, CMT S/S molding and pre-hardening machine. Packaging and general equipment including: YAMATO 14-head scale, Multivac thermoformer and much more.

The plant is located in Swanton, Vermont. Inspection is by appointment with the auctioneer only.
