Corporate Assets Inc. is auctioning paper mill assets from Essity Professional Hygiene SGF. The 3-day live webcast auction will take place between the 30th of April and 2nd of May.
Swedish firm Essity Professional Hygiene SGF manufactures health and medical products, consumer goods and professional hygiene products. Their products are sold in more than150 countries under a number of brands including TENA, Tork, Cutimed, Knix, Modibodi and Nosotras. The auction features assets for the manufacture of paper towels, tissue, hospitality and food service napkins from the 300,000 square foot Essity mill located in South Glens Falls, New York. The mill has capacity to produce approximately 100,000 tons of paper annually and has seen capital re-investment in machinery and equipment.
The sale will feature over 3000 lots including tissue paper and napkin paper machines, 50 TPD OCC and recycled fibre de-ink plant 1 (installed new in 2019 for over $ 3.5M), 50 TPD high yield broke handling system, Voith combisorter, pressure screens, plate refiners, centrifugal fan pumps, vacuum pumps, electrical equipment, pallet wrappers, palletizing line, core machines, laboratory equipment, production support equipment, maintenance equipment, rolling stock and much more.
Assets can be inspected on the 29th and 30th of April and the 1st of May.
