Toyo Automotive Parts USA Inc. is a US subsidiary of Toyo Tire Corporation. The firm manufactures automotive parts, including anti-vibration rubber and joint boots. The dissolution of Toyo Automotive Parts USA Inc. was announced in August 2023.
Day 1 of the auction, a studio webcast sale on the 2nd of April, features production equipment including metal stamping and fabricating equipment, rubber compounding and molding equipment and plastic support and molding equipment. Lots available include 330-ton Aida PMX-L2-3000(1) straight side double crank press (2017), 330-ton Aida DSF-N2-3000 Servo straight side single crank press (2018), Moriyama DX55-215MWA-S dispersion mixer (2014), (2) 200-Ton Nissei FNX-180IIIA hybrid injection molders (2017), Therma-Tron-X E-Coat electrostatic coating system (2017) and much more. Day 2 of the auction, a timed online sale closing on the 3rd of April features air compressors, wastewater treatment equipment, pallet racking, parts washers, materials testing equipment and more.
The assets are located in Franklin, Kentucky and can be viewed on the 26th of March by appointment only.
