Harry Davis & Company is auctioning assets – including tanks, silos, pasteurisation systems and separators – from a dairy and cheese processing facility formerly operated by Saputo for the production of mozzarella, muenster and provolone cheeses.

Canadian dairy processing firm Saputo manufactures and distributes a large range of cheese and other dairy products, including fluid milk, cream products, cultured products, extended shelf-life milk and dairy ingredients. Saputo products are sold under their own brands and retail and food service brand names, in several countries.

The online auction will take place between the 16th and 18th of October and features a great offering of dairy and cheese processing equipment including: (2) Feldmeier 50,000 gallon jacketed all S/S silos with horizontal agitation, (4) DCI 12,000 gallon S/S crystallizer silos, (2) Walker 1,000 gallon jacketed dome-top, slope-bottom S/S processors, 2018 Alfa Laval S/S skid mounted HTST system, Westfalia S/S 4,800 RPM separator, GEA whey clarifier, CIP systems, (6) Damrow 50,000 LB S/S OO cheese making vats, S/S curd cooker/stretcher, RMC cheese block molder, brine systems, (2) Old Rivers 7-chamber vacuum sealers, material handling equipment and more.  The equipment is located in Las Cruces, New Mexico.
